US Senator Dan Burton, who came to observe the Cambodian election, praised the country's democratic process and hoped it would be a good example to the world.

"I know a lot about Cambodian history, the return to the Pol Pot era and the Vietnam War. It is good to see Cambodia become a democracy, and I wish we could see more of this in the world."

The president of the Global Peace Federation, Michael Jenkins, said that this was the first time he had observed the election in Cambodia and praised the election process.

It should also be noted that a total of 604 international observers and special guests from more than 40 institutions will come to observe the election in Cambodia this Sunday.
